"Years ago we got some pretty bad advice from a so-called "Professional" (and we had to pay him for the privilege!). Based on that advice we didn't buy a home at that time. I must say, it was so simple. When I finally got my head around it I realised that this rent to own idea is way better than even paying back a principal and interest Bank Mortgage. With a normal Bank Mortgage you pay all the interest first and finally the principal.
